Dear colleagues!

On May 23-25, 2018, in Ivanovo, Russia took place the Joint Plenum of the Board of the Russian Society of Surgeons and the Society of Endoscopic Surgeons of Russia along with the meeting of chief surgeons' of the Central Federal District regions of the Russian Federation "Organizational and clinical aspects of the development of the strategy of surgery. Telemedicine - from the district hospital to the federal center."

The Plenum program included:

• lectures of specialists in endoscopy from different regions of Russia;
• master-classes and practical trainings in endoscopy with the "live" from the operating room
  

Surgical interventions and practical trainings were conducted using high-quality tools and consumables:
